    Article 1 - Definitions

    In these terms, the following terms are defined as:

    • Entrepreneur: the natural or legal person offering products and/or services remotely to consumers;
    • Consumer: the natural person who does not act in the exercise of a profession or business and enters into a remote agreement with the entrepreneur;
    • Remote agreement: an agreement concluded in the context of a system organized by the entrepreneur for the sale of products and/or services at a distance, using one or more techniques for remote communication;
    • Technique for remote communication: a means that can be used to conclude an agreement without the consumer and entrepreneur being present in the same location simultaneously.

    Article 3 - Applicability

    These terms and conditions apply to any offer from the entrepreneur and any agreement concluded at a distance between the entrepreneur and the consumer.


    Article 4 - The Offer

    1. The offer includes a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered. The description is sufficiently detailed to enable the consumer to make a proper assessment of the offer.
    2. Each offer contains information so that it is clear to the consumer what rights and obligations are attached to the acceptance of the offer.


    Article 5 - The Agreement

    1. The agreement is concluded, subject to the provisions of paragraph 4, at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and fulfills the conditions specified.
    2. If the consumer accepts the offer electronically, the entrepreneur will immediately confirm the receipt of the acceptance electronically.


    Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal

    1. The consumer may cancel an agreement regarding the purchase of a product within a reflection period of 14 days without providing a reason. The entrepreneur may ask the consumer for the reason for withdrawal but cannot force them to provide a reason.
    2. The reflection period mentioned in paragraph 1 starts the day after the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, other than the carrier, receives the product.


    Article 7 - Obligations of the Consumer during the Reflection Period

    During the reflection period, the consumer will handle the product and packaging with care. They will only unpack or use the product as necessary to determine its nature, features, and functioning.


    Article 8 - Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal by the Consumer and the Associated Costs

    1. If the consumer exercises their right of withdrawal, they will notify the entrepreneur within the reflection period using the model withdrawal form or another unambiguous method.
    2. As soon as possible, but within 14 days from the day following the notification in paragraph 1, the consumer will return the product or hand it over to (an authorized representative of) the entrepreneur.


    Article 9 - Obligations of the Entrepreneur in Case of Withdrawal

    1. The entrepreneur will refund all payments from the consumer, including any delivery charges made by the entrepreneur for the returned product, without delay but within 14 days of the day the consumer notifies the entrepreneur of the withdrawal.
    2. The entrepreneur will use the same payment method for the refund as the consumer used, unless the consumer agrees to a different method. The refund will be free of charge for the consumer.


    Article 10 - The Price

    During the validity period specified in the offer, the prices of the offered products and/or services will not be increased, except for price changes resulting from changes in VAT rates.


    Article 11 - Conformity and Warranty

    The entrepreneur guarantees that the products and/or services meet the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, the reasonable requirements of soundness and/or usability, and the applicable legal provisions and/or government regulations in force at the time the agreement is concluded.


    Article 12 - Delivery and Execution

    1. The entrepreneur will take the utmost care in receiving and executing orders for products and in assessing applications for the provision of services.
    2. The place of delivery is the address that the consumer has provided to the entrepreneur.


    Article 13 - Payment

    1. Unless otherwise specified in the agreement or additional conditions, the amounts owed by the consumer must be paid within 14 days after the start of the reflection period.
    2. The consumer is obliged to immediately report any inaccuracies in the provided or stated payment details to the entrepreneur.


    Article 14 - Complaint Procedure

    1. The entrepreneur has a sufficiently publicized complaint procedure and handles the complaint in accordance with this procedure.
    2. Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be submitted to the entrepreneur within a reasonable time after the consumer has discovered the defects, fully and clearly described.


    Article 15 - Disputes

    These terms and conditions apply exclusively to agreements between the entrepreneur and the consumer, which are governed by Dutch law.


    Article 16 - Additional or Deviating Provisions

    Additional or deviating provisions from these terms and conditions may not be detrimental to the consumer and must be recorded in writing or in such a way that they can be stored by the consumer in an accessible manner on a durable data carrier.
